Tubidy is a free online tool for saving YouTube videos as MP3 songs or MP4 videos, straight from your browser.
What Tubidy does
Tubidy takes a YouTube link and turns it into a file you can keep. Choose MP3 when you only want the music, or MP4 when you want the video too. It all happens on one page: paste, pick and download. Each link you add becomes a track in your list with its own MP3 and MP4 buttons, so you can save a few songs in a row without starting over.
How it works
- Copy the link of a YouTube video, Short or music video.
- Paste it into the box on our home page, our YouTube to MP3 page or our YouTube to MP4 page.
- Pick a format and a quality, then tap Get. The file opens in a new tab straight away.
Formats and limits
- MP3 audio at 320, 256, 192 or 128 kbps.
- MP4 video from 144p up to 1080p, depending on the video.
- No size limit: long videos and big files are listed too, each with its real size.
- Public videos only. Private, removed or blocked videos can't be saved.
- Shorts, youtu.be and playlist links work, one video at a time.
Made for phones
Most people use Tubidy on a phone, so we built it for small screens first. It works in the browser you already have, shows the size of every file before you tap and keeps its pages light, which helps when you are on a small data bundle. The buttons are big enough for your thumb, there is a dark mode for late-night listening, and this page stays open while each file opens in its own tab, so you can save a few songs in a row.
