Accepting the terms
By using Tubidy, you agree to these terms. They apply to every page of the site and to the downloader on it. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.
What the service is
Tubidy is a free online tool that lets you save YouTube videos as MP3 audio or MP4 video files in your browser. You paste a link, pick a format and a quality, and the file opens in a new tab for you to save. We don't host any songs or videos ourselves. You don't need an account to use it.
Personal use and copyright
The service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You are responsible for what you download and for how you use or share those files. Please respect copyright and YouTube's terms of service, and only save content you have the right to save, such as your own videos or material the owner allows you to download.
What is not allowed
You may not use the service:
- to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights;
- for automated scraping of the service, or with bots or scripts that send requests in bulk;
- to overload, attack or disrupt the service;
- to resell the service or charge other people for access to it;
- to save or share illegal content.
Limits of the service
Video is available from 144p up to 1080p, and audio as MP3 at 320, 256, 192 or 128 kbps. Only public videos can be saved. The service may change, pause or be unavailable at times, and some videos may not work.
Download links only work for a few hours. If a link stops working, paste the video link again to get a fresh one.

No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it working well, but we can't promise that it will always be available, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose. The quality and size of each file depend on the original upload.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the service, from not being able to use it, or from the files you download with it.
Copyright complaints
If you own the rights to content and believe the service is being used to infringe them, email contact@tubidy.site with the video link and the details of your claim. We review every request and act quickly. There is no separate copyright page: email is the fastest way to reach us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
